"I filled in my referral ID for a site in the list of Participating sites, and later my ID was gone."

If the referral ID you filled in has been removed, it was because you filled in someone else's referral ID. Log in to the traffic exchange in question and go to the Affiliate Toolbox or Promo tools area to get your referral ID and fill in the right one.
