Read this before submitting a ticket!

Please use Gmail for support tickets, since some email providers block admin emails from traffic exchange related sites. You will get a confirmation immediately when you send a ticket. If you don't see it, it is most likely in your Junk/Spam folder. Whitelist admin@foodgame.surf to be sure you don't miss our reply.

Please check the How to Play page or the Frequently asked questions before sending a ticket.

Your question will not be read if you reply directly to system generated emails such as notifications, newsletters or confirmation emails. The admin email address is not monitored.

WE NEED MORE INFORMATION FOR CRYPTO PAYOUTS!

If you want your payout in Bitcoin or Litecoin and you don't use a Coinbase email address, we are required by the EU's Transfer of Funds regulations to enter the following information to be able to complete transactions:

1. Real name

2. Country

3. The exchange or self-custody wallet where your crypto address is hosted.

Without this information, we can't send crypto. Make sure you have added your name and country in your Account Settings and please send a ticket to let us know where your crypto address is hosted.
