I didn't get the ingredient

"I didn't get the prize, or only part of it was added to my account"

Sometimes we hear from people who think they didn't get the prize or didn't get the ingredient in a prize. However, if you see the ingredients or items on a prize page, you already got the prize.

The image of a prize is only displayed after the actual prize has been added to your Food Game account. It any error should occur, you wouldn't know what you won to begin with because the prize would not have displayed.

If you are sure you see which prize you get and they still don't appear in your account, double check so that you don't have two accounts in the traffic exchange where you are surfing. If you entered the referral ID for one of them, and you are surfing in the other one, it would not be registered.
