It is because you won't get one from us after you sign up. You can log in immediately after you have joined the Food Game. This is because we are not going to send you any sales emails. However, you can still chose to get news and referral notifications in your Account Settings under the Account menu.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the email address you have in your account is correct and updated.
