"All my ingredients are gone"

If you have not logged in to your Food Game account for 6 months, your ingredients will expire and disappear from your fridge.

This only applies to accounts that have not logged in for at least 6 months, and it has nothing to do with for how long you have kept ingredients in your account for as long as your Food Game account is active.

This is to ensure that calculations of the current market value of ingredients is correct, as well as ingredient rarity.
