One thing I have gathered since working as a marketer online is that working alone is a rather difficult task, it is easier with a group. The group usually makes any task easier as you have each other's support and this applies to any team effort, may it be for surfing purposes or just lead generation for the team. Mind you I have had some experiences where group or team work was not always gratifying and usually ended leaving the team or the team itself just dissolving.
I have had the good fortune thus far coming across a team that is action oriented and really quite focused and with it's members are considered to be important to admin. Not too much is asked of members but there is much to be gained as there is a large library of information being shared and to join, and be a part is completely free.
