The Food Game is an advertising site where members view each others websites in order to get traffic to their own sites. It is not a pyramid or ponzi scheme, it is not a matrix program or a "get rich quick" sort of site. Neither is it a multi-level marketing program. The Food Game is not a paid to click, paid to read, paid to promote or paid to surf site. The graphics, games, events and prizes provided by The Food Game may change at any time.
Members do not need to pay or buy anything to use or get paid from The Food Game.

-You may not promote The Food Game in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in sources that allow it. Promoting The Food Game in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your account and possible legal action. The administrator may help promote your brand, your affiliate link and your Gravatar.
-You may not re-sell anything you have inside The Food Game to others. The prizes and credits given out are intended for the person who won them.
-Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using The Food Game. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. The Food Game is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.
-Spamming is not allowed. You may not post referral links or promote sites in the chat. If someone asks you specifically for a link, you may send it to them in a private message, but unless they have specifically asked you for that link, it is not allowed and you may be suspended. Advertising should be done in surf only.
Ads in all languages are allowed, as long as they pass our security checks and do not break these rules. Before submitting a URL to The Food Game, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your ad will be deleted.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries.
*No PTP ads (you may promote these sites to get referrals, but not display their PTP ads)
*No pyramid or ponzi scheme sites
*No "Get rich quick"-schemes.
All ads submitted are checked. The Food Game has the full right to delete any ad that is inappropriate, questionable or gets a lot of complaints from other members.
-The use of programs or "bots" to automatically play The Food Game in traffic exchanges without actually manually clicking is strictly prohibited, and any member who is found using such a program will be suspended. This also applies to members who let someone else log into their account.
-Any member who is found cheating the system to gain an advantage will be suspended.
Purchases and Refunds
-All purchases are final. We offer digital products that are instantly added to your account, and purchases can not be refunded.
-Buying another type of upgrade before your current one runs out will not make you eligible to get your money for the first one back.
-Should you choose to delete your account while still having an active upgrade, you will not be able to get a refund for the money. It is impossible to delete accounts my mistake or by having your account hacked into (see the bottom of Profile in the navigation menu for information on how to delete your account) and deleted.
-Should you start a new account after deleting your old one that had an upgrade, you can not transfer the upgrade to the new account.
-It is your responsible to cancel any active upgrade subscriptions in your payment processor account if you chose not to continue your upgrade. Commissions are instantly transferred to your upline, so if you forget to cancel your subscription, you can no get the money back.
-If you use e-checks, bank transfers or other payment methods that fail or bounce, your account will be stripped of all earnings and you may be suspended.
-Cash signup bonuses not used or cashed out within one year will be forfeited.
-We can not and will not hold your commissions indefinitely. If you don't login to your account for at least 1 year, we will be forced to deduct any unclaimed commissions. However, if you decide to come back to the site, you can see it clearly and you will get it back simply by sending a support ticket.
