Please use Gmail for support tickets, since some email providers block admin emails from traffic exchange related sites. You will get a confirmation immediately when you send a ticket. If you don't see it, it is most likely in your Junk/Spam folder. Whitelist admin@foodgame.surf to be sure you don't miss our reply.

Please check the How to Play page or the Frequently asked questions before sending a ticket.

Your question will not be read if you reply directly to system generated emails such as notifications, newsletters or confirmation emails. The admin email address is not monitored.

CARD SUBSCRIPTIONS

We are currently experiencing some issues with card subscription payments. Piggy bank deposits and one time purchases are fine, but subscriptions may not appear in your account immediately.

We currently check and process the subscriptions manually, so they will not appear instantly in your account when the payment goes through.

BITCOIN PAYOUTS

Occasionally, Bitcoin sending fees are very big. It's varied a lot recently, so some weeks Bitcoin commission payments may be on hold to save you money. 

You can still get your commissions regurlarly to Bitcoin if you use the Coinbase option, since there are no fees when sending to an email address. We will check the fees weekly when we send regular Bitcoin commissions, and if they're at a low rate we will send it.

If you want your money even if the fee is high, we recommend you get it to your bank through the Wise option. If you still want it to Bitcoin with the fee (before fees get lower), send a ticket to confirm it.
